Four defendants in the Clansman-One Don gang trial have been freed.
Chief Justice Bryan Sykes says Damaine Elleston, Rushane Williams, Revaldo Hylton and Owen Ormbsy have been found not guilty.
They were removed from the courtroom following the ruling.
This morning, the prosecution conceded that it did not make out a case against the men citing insufficient evidence to prove that they were a part of the criminal network.
Defence lawyers this morning started no-case submissions before the Home Circuit Court.
