The Reggae Boyz’s next away World Cup qualifying game against Panama next month will be played without spectators. The Panamanian Football Federation has received this punishment from FIFA for homophobic chants made by fans in September against Mexico. The Panamanian federation also received a fine of 50,000 swiss franc or US $54,000 from FIFA. The Reggae Boyz will play Panama on January 30 in Panama City.

This match will follow their home clash with Mexico on January 27 at the National Stadium and before welcoming Costa Rica to the «office» on February 2. The Reggae Boyz have been unbeaten on Central American soil in this World Cup qualifying cycle after drawing 1-1- with Costa Rica, beating Honduras 2-0 and drawing 1-1 with El Salvador.
