Entornointeligente.com / Police in Sri Lanka have arrested and charged outgoing Mrs World Caroline Jurie, after she allegedly injured this year’s Mrs Sri Lanka winner. Pushpika De Silva won the “Mrs Sri Lanka” title on Sunday, however, Mrs Jurie – who won the Mrs World title in 2020 and is also from Sri Lanka – launched a physical attack claiming she could not hold the title as she was divorced. Mrs De Silva, who revealed that she is separated, was reportedly treated in hospital for head injuries after the incident. She has stated her intention to take legal action for the way she was treated. Another Sri Lankan model involved in the fracas was also arrested.
