I SNAPPED. Some called it road rage, others madness, but Rosaline Noel, the woman who used her car to push another vehicle into a drain, said it was an explosion of pain. The 48-year-old food vendor of Point Fortin faces being charged with malicious damage of a Ford Focus.

The incident occurred on Tuesday at a car park near the construction site of the new Point Fortin Hospital. In the 30-second video that went viral moments after it happened, Noel is seen in the driver’s seat of her Toyota Corolla DX wagon, ramming the other car until it slid down into a watercourse.
