HURRICANE Dorian which struck the Bahamas last week was so powerful that it tore concrete structures to dust, “as if a massive bomb had exploded with atomic force on the island”, says Bahamas Prime Minister Dr Hubert Minnis.
In a national address on Wednesday night, Minnis said many Bahamians are still missing and the death toll, which officially stands at 50, is expected to “significantly rise”.
