“The fans will be proud of the team at the end of the season” / As / Real Madrid keeper Keylor Navas said during an interview with the club’s official website that the fans “will be proud of the team at the end of the season.”
“I’m a Real Madrid player and as such I know very well what the demands are for the whole team. They are extremely high. We have to keep working hard every day to get as many wins as possible,” the Costa Rica international said. Real currently sit third in La Liga, two points behind Atlético and Barcelona, who have a game in hand.
“We are doing a good job on a daily basis. Maybe there have been games in which we haven’t been able to put that work into practice on the pitch but I’m convinced we’re on the right track and that at the end of the season the fans will be able to feel proud of everybody involved in the day-today at Valdebebas. The truth is the work we are doing is very good,” Navas said.
Looking ahead to the match against Real Sociedad on December 30, Navas said: “On the day the fans will see a team that is willing to fight so that they can say goodbye to 2015 in the best possible way. In my mind it’s clear that the union between the team and the fans will lead to a powerful Real Madrid . We’ll fight for every title in 2016 and Real Madrid will be up there for sure. We are a big family that has one objective: to win.”
